We currently have a vacancy on the executive board for the Legislative Affairs Coordinator.

SMOB Advisory Council- New Organization Forming:
One of the most visible student leadership positions in FCPS is the Student Member of the Board of Education (SMOB).  One of the challenges for the SMOB is being able to gather feedback and share information with students across 23 middle and high schools.  The SMOB Advisory Council will be made up of high school student representatives from each of the 10 feeder patterns.  Provisions are included to add up to 5 additional at-large members to ensure all types and groups of students are represented on the council.  The group will meet twice a term in the evening at our county libraries.  Deadline to submit applications: September 16.
